Abstract

The paper is dedicated to shortly introduce into a quality management approach to implement characteristics of collaborative business in existing Quality Management Systems of enterprises that join Enterprise Networks. Based on organisational differentiation and integration in Enterprise Networks and also steps for designing and implementing QMS, a reference model is given as basis for the organisational concept implementation. The usability of the concept is tested within a research organisation.
